WICKED is the untold story of an unlikely friendship between two girls who meet as sorcery students: the blonde and popular Glinda and the misunderstood (and green!) Elphaba.

After a meeting with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz their lives take very different paths. Glinda's unflinching desire for popularity means she is seduced by power while Elphaba’s determination to remain true to herself have shocking and unexpected consequences for her future.

Their extraordinary adventures in Oz ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good (Louise Dearman) and green Elphaba the Wicked Witch of the West (Rachel Tucker).

Lee Mead is playing Fiyero until 5th February 2011.

Music & lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and book by Winnie Holman. Directed by Joe Mentello, sets designed by Eugene Lee with musical staging by Wayne Cilento.

Lee's holiday dates are: 9 - 11 August /20 – 25 September / 29 November- 4 December / 3- 8 January 2011. Lewis Bradley is scheduled to cover Lee's holiday dates above. Lewis was a runner up in BBC’s Any Dream Will Do talent contest where Andrew Lloyd Webber searched for an actor to appear in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
