WICKED THE MUSICAL

When Dorothy famously triumphed over the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz this was only one side of the story.

Wicked! is the untold story of an unlikely friendship between two girls who meet as sorcery students: the blonde and popular Glinda and the misunderstood (and green!) Elphaba.

Principal cast members in the West End production of Wicked include Mark Curry as The Wizard, Lucie Jones (Elphaba), Helen Woolf (Glinda), Ryan Reid (Fiyero), Sophie-Louise Dann (Madame Morrible), Carina Gillespie (Nessarose), Nicholas McLean (Boq), Simeon Truby (Doctor Dillamond), Amy Webb (Standby for Elphaba) and Lisa-Anne Wood (Standby for Glinda).

After a meeting with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz their lives take very different paths. Glinda's unflinching desire for popularity means she is seduced by power while Elphaba’s determination to remain true to herself have shocking and unexpected consequences for her future.

Their extraordinary adventures in Oz ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and green Elphaba the Wicked Witch of the West.
