Tell Me On A SundayAndrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black’s Tell Me on a Sunday is to tour the UK later this year with Claire Sweeney, playing the lead role which has also been sung by West End Divas including Marti Webb, Elaine Paige, Sarah Brightman, Lulu and Denise Van Outen.

The show has been re-worked for Miss Sweeney with an exclusive new song "I Still Believe in Love". Other numbers include "Take That Look Off Your Face", "Unexpected Song" and the title track "Tell Me on a Sunday".

Tell Me On A Sunday tells the story of the romantic misadventures of a young English who has moved to New York in search of love and success. But as usual nothing works out the way you want it too, and she begins to wonder whether she's been looking for love in all the wrong places.

Claire Sweeney has a string of credits to her name on stage and screen including TV dramas Brookside (Lindsay Corkhill), Clocking Off and Merseybeat. She has presented numerous television programmes including 60 Minute Makeover, Loose Women, My Big Fat Diet, Here Comes the Sun and Challenge of a Lifetime. She has also taken part in Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Come Dine with Me.

Roles in the West End roles include Roxie Hart in Chicago and Miss Adelaide opposite Patrick Swayze in Guys and Dolls. Claire headlined in Fosse - The World Tour and starred in the musical Shout! She has also performed duets with International Opera stars Bryn Terfel and Jose Carreras at The Royal Albert Hall.
