MONKEE BUSINESS TOUR
Monkee Business is a new musical featuring the songs of The Monkees.
The Monkees were made instant world-wide stars by the famous TV series which aired from 1966 to 1968. They became one of most successful bands of their generation - at one time even outselling the Beatles and the Rolling Stones - releasing 121 songs on nine albums.
They were made up of Manchester’s Davy Jones and Americans Micky Dolenz, Peter Tork and Michael Nesmith who will be played in Monkee Business by Ben Evans, Stephen Kirwan, Tom Parsons and Oliver Savile.
The show will feature a cast of 20, 8 piece live band, fabulous costumes and sets and many of the group’s hits including I’m A Believer, Last Train to Clarksville, My Boy Lollipop, You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me, Hey, Hey We’re The Monkees and Daydream Believer.
The show is produced by Michael Rose and the Ambassador Theatre Group.
