FELA!
The Tony Award nominated Fela! comes via Broadway to London. It has just finished at successful run at the National Theatre and is moving into Sadler's Wells for just six weeks from 20th July-28th August.
It explores the extravagant, decadent and rebellious world of Afrobeat legend Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.

Fela! is about the decadent and rebellious world of real-life revolutionary Anikulapo-Kuti, exploring his controversial life as artist, political activist and revolutionary musician. This is done by using his pioneering music (a blend of jazz, funk and African rhythm and harmonies) in a hybrid of concert, dance and musical theatre.
