RUSSELL WATSON CONCERT TOUR
This summer Russell Watson is going on a national tour singing some of his most loved songs in his own tribute to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with a programme that includes numbers You’ll Never Walk Alone, Men of Harlech, Land of Hope and Glory and Rule, Britannia!
Russell will be joined by special guest singer Laura Wright, whose debut album The Last Rose topped the classical charts last year. They will be accompanied by the London Concert Orchestra* conducted by Robert Emmery. (* Manchester Concert Orchestra at: Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and Newcastle)
With five albums each going gold, platinum or double platinum and four Classical BRIT Awards under his belt, Russell Watson is recognised globally as one of the UK’s biggest selling artists. He has also been on the judging panel of the BBC 1 hit show Last Choir Standing, starred in the Royal Variety Performance and headlined at the Llangollen Eisteddfod.
