Jemima Rooper

Jemima Rooper’s first professional roles were in the 1993 film The Higher Mortals and the 1994 film Willie's War. In 1996 she appeared as George in Enid Blyton's The Famous Five.

She made her Hollywood debut in The Black Dahlia and in 2008 starred in the TV series Lost In Austen and guest starred in Agatha Christie's Poirot. She also played a lead role in Her Naked Skin at the National Theatre. She is also in the British horror Hotel Caledonia opposite Kelly Brook and Kris Marshall in 2011.

Theatre credits include:  Where Do We Live - Royal Court Theatre, Jerwood Theatre Upstairs, Us and Them - Hampstead Theatre, A Respectable Wedding Young Vic, The Great Game: Afghanistan - Tricycle Theatre, The Power of Yes - National Theatre  and All My Sons  at the  Apollo Theatre

She is currently playing the part of Sally opposite Daniel Crossley as Bill in the Lambeth Walk musical Me And My Girl at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield.
